“Rooted in the Barsuraubois champagne landscape for many generations (exactly since 1799, the date of Joseph Boulachin’s installation), this estate with nearly 30,000 bottles raised in vats will offer you pleasant surprises every year. Indeed, production offers new performances over the years.

The house operates a vineyard of 8 ha in respect of the environment according to the principles of reasoned viticulture. The plants cover four communes. This double line of champagne offers wines with promising names: Dame Noire, Carte noire, or Rosé de saignée. The latter consists in leaving the pinot noir to macerate, so that the skin of the grapes colors the juice in a powdery way.
