Privacy policy

Our Privacy Policy (or Terms and Conditions) is organized according to four parts :

APPLICATIONS :The customer expressly agrees to these general terms and conditions of sale. Any deviation must be documented in writing and signed by both parties.

ORDERS :  any order accepted by the seller is considered firm and final.

DELIVERIES : our bottles travel at the risk of the recipient, even in the case of free shipping. The consignee will check their condition at the time of delivery and will make all necessary reservations with the carrier in accordance with articles 105 and 106 of the French Commercial Code. Our Privacy Policy also states that we will not be liable for damage, loss, theft or defective packages.

REGULATION :payment is made at the command.

DELIVERY PRICING

This is the last point taken into account by our Privacy Policy : delivery taxes.

Shipments from 18 bottles will be delivered in boxes of 6 bottles.

  • 24€ for 6 bottles
  • 28€ for12 bottles
  • 1.80€ each bottle between 18 and 59 bottles
  • 1.30€ / each bottle between 60 and 119 bottles
  • 0.80€ for more than 120 bottles
